Step 1
Find the value of a manufactured home using the internet site for Nada price guides. This site provides a free database to find blue book manufactured homes value. Use online resources or talk to a realtor to find current "mobile home market values" .
-
Step 3
Use Public Records to find a mobile home value. Search for the County Property Appraiser or for the state Finance or Tax department. Browse for mobile home values in your local and in nearby areas.
-
Step 4
Hire a professional manufactured home appraiser when you are ready to buy or sell a home. Your bank or realty can be sources of reference to find an appraiser that specializes in mobile and manufactured homes valuation.
