      The first step to calculate bond values is to go to the Treasury's website at SavingsBond.gov. Once you arrive at the site click on the first link that says "Find Out What Your Bond Is Worth Today." This will help you to calculate a bonds value in seconds.

      Quickly read over the directions so you are familiar with what you will be doing and then scroll to the bottom and click on "Get Started" to calculate your bond's value.

      Once you are on the bond calculator page, you will enter the bond denomination (the amount the bond was issued for), the serial number, the series of the bond (you can find this in the top right hand corner) and the issue date. Then click calculate and you have successfully calculated how much your bond is worth.
