Make the Master Cleanse Lemonade

If you are a Howard Stern fan, then you've heard of Robin Quiver's famous lemonade 'diet'. While this is not for the faint of heart, nor is it an actual diet, you can use this cleanse to eliminate internal waste and toxins that cause you to feel sluggish, tired and bloated. During the cleansing process, whether doing it for 10, 15 or 21 days, you are not to eat any solid foods. After you have researched the cleanse and found it to be right for you, you will need to make your lemonade- and here's how.
*This is just the recipe for a single serving of the lemonade, not the steps of the cleanse!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Juicer
  • 2 tbsp. Lemon (approx half of a Lemon)
  • 2 tbsp Genuine Organic Grade B Maple Syrup (only Grade B is sufficient)
  • 1/10 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • Ten oz. glass of Filtered Water
  1. Step 1

Now that you are ready to start the Master Cleanse process, gather all of your ingredients, and a glass.

  2. Step 2

To get the 2 tbsp. of FRESH lemon juice, use 1/2 of a lemon and your juicer.
*Bottled lemon juice WILL NOT work!

  3. Step 3

Now that you have your lemon juice, pour it in your glass.

  4. Step 4

Add the 2 tbsp. of Maple Syrup; it MUST be Organic Grade B, the stuff you put on pancakes is not it! You can find this syrup in most any health food store.

  5. Step 5

Add your cayenne pepper. This is necessary for the recipe, so do not skip this ingredient!

  6. Step 6

    Finally add your filtered water.

  7. Step 7

Stir the liquids until mixed well and drink up!
You may notice the cayenne pepper floating at the top, just guzzle it down and it's fine!

Tips & Warnings
  • For easier mixing, you may want to use a plastic cup with lid (typically used for working out).
