Deal With Springtime Allergies

Springtime for some people can be a real dreadful time of the season because of the big P, pollen. While Pollen fills the air, people's allergies start to react greatly. Also, there are other things that triggers allergies and can be resolved quickly. Here are some natural remedies you can do to help prevent your allergies during the springtime.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Eat a honeycomb. Honey is really good for those who have problems with their springtime allergies. You can either go to the health food store and get an organic honeycomb or for best results, go to a local place that has honeycombs. Because your allergies are reacting to the pollen that's in the area, it's best to get a honeycomb that is produced in the same area that your allergies are reacting to.

  2. Step 2

Dust your house. Some times allergies erupt due to dust. So, since it is spring time maybe you should do some spring cleaning and dust away.

  3. Step 3

Have clean sheets. Some of us sometimes might forget to wash our sheets or bedspreads and pillow cases every time we wash. So, it maybe a good idea to make sure you wash your sheets every week.

Tips & Warnings
  • DO NOT COOK the honey. You will kill the agents that will help you fight your allergies.
