      Choose a mild facial cleanser. Moisten the face and combine a small amount of the cleanser with 1 tsp. of sugar.

      Gently massage into skin paying extra attention to the oilier parts of the face. The T-zone usually contains deep impurities that cause blackheads.

      Create circular motions to boost circulation. Sugar will loosen deep blackheads and polish the skin.

      Know that sugar stimulates the skin and has clarifying capabilities that go deep into pores. Flaky dead skin comes right off gently and effectively with no irritation.

      Use a sugar scrub as often as necessary. After using the scrub, immediately close pores with a natural toner like witch hazel.
