How to Make Halloween Trophies With Recycled Items

Giving away trophies or prizes is a great way to add some zest to your Halloween games. Anything comically mutilated and monstrous will help your guests get into the ghoulish spirit of Halloween. You can have first, second and third place trophies, come up with different prizes for different contests, or simply give everyone at your bash a Halloween trophy as a party favor.

    Instructions

    Things You'll Need

    • Dolls
    • Nails
    • Pins
    • Fake blood
    • Rad paint
    • 2-liter soda bottles
    • Glue
    • Duct tape
    • Permanent marker
    1. Doll Monster

      • 1

Gather together several dolls you don't want anymore. They should be of different sizes and genders.

      • 2

Tear the dolls apart. Remove the heads, arms and legs from the different dolls and scatter them around.

      • 3

Attach the dolls back together again in a haphazard way. Mix heads, arms and legs from different dolls. Give some dolls extra arms or legs.

      • 4

Where the limbs don't fit, attach them with nails or pins. Put drips of red paint or fake blood where the nail goes into the doll's body.

      • 5

Cut the bottom off of a 2-liter soda bottle. Glue the doll standing up in the bottom of the bottle. Repeat for the rest of the dolls.

      • 6

Put a strip of duct tape on the front of each soda bottle. In permanent marker, write "first place" on your favorite monster doll, "second place" on your second favorite and so on. Alternately, you could write the name of the contest each doll is a prize for if you have several different games.
