Download and complete the application to compete to appear on the reality show.       Answer the magazine's Reader Model Open Call. Visit the Seventeen Magazine's New York City office located at 300 West 57th Street on Friday between 4:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. Apply minimal make-up. Wear an outfit that exemplifies your personality and style. Keep in mind that if you are under the age of 18, you must bring a parent or guardian with you to the open call. Be advised that no appointment is necessary to appear at the open call targeted for models between 14 and 20 years of age.

Attend the open call and speak with an agency representative at the end of the open call. Leave your contact information. Attend agency scouting events. Keep in mind that if you are interested in modeling for print as well as for television and film, you need to find an agency that handles all three media outlets such as 1 Model Management, Click and IMG. After you gain agency representation, ask the agency to contact Seventeen Magazine about a photo opportunity for you.
