How to Do a Facial Exercise for the Eyes
The eyes need exercise just as much as other parts of the body. That is why it is important to do eye exercises to keep your eye muscles as in shape as the rest of your body. You will learn about some eye exercises here.

Look up and down. Keep your head straight. Now alternate between looking up as high as possible and looking down as low as possible.

Apply pressure to your eyes. Place your index finger and middle finger on each temple on both sides of your head. Apply slight pressure, then open and close your eyes quickly.

Go side to side. Start off by looking straight ahead, then look to the left as far as you can, then to the right as far as you can. Alternate going back and forth.

Do diagonals. Look down to your right at an angle as far as you can, then look up to the left as far as you can. Do a series of these. Close your eyes and rest for few seconds, then repeat the pattern in reverse.

Move your eyebrows. To start off, close your eyes. Now lift your eyebrows up as high as you can while consciously pushing your eyelids down. Do a series of 5-second holds.

Make circles with your eyes. First look down as far as you can. Now look to your left, look up, and keep going until you've gone all the way around. Do a series of circles clockwise and then counterclockwise.

Squint your eyes. Look straight ahead. Now close your eyes as hard as you can and hold for 3 to 5 seconds. Open your eyes and repeat.
