Instructions

  1. Directions

    • 1

Check the puzzle's dimensions as specified on the box, and cut your cardboard or poster board matting to the correct size. Be sure that your entire puzzle will fit on the board.

    • 2

Place the cardboard mat or poster board on the table before you begin your puzzle. Assemble the pieces on top of the mat.

    • 3

When the puzzle is completed, use puzzle glue to seal all of the pieces together. Apply glue liberally around the edges.

    • 4

Allow the glue to dry for 24 hours, then gently slide the puzzle off the board matting. You may need to gently pry the puzzle off in certain places, if it has stuck to the board.

    • 5

Apply puzzle glue to the board matting. Cover the entire surface evenly.

    • 6

Place the completed puzzle on top of the matting board quickly, before the glue dries. Press down firmly on the puzzle to make sure it has adhered completely. Allow the glue to dry overnight.

    • 7

Frame your puzzle using a standard picture frame found in art stores, department stores, or even local thrift shops. You might want to buy your frame first, to ensure that the size, shape, and style are just right for your puzzle.

Tips & Warnings

  • Do not attempt to glue the puzzle pieces as you assemble them. It is far simpler to glue the entire puzzle at one time when you are finished.
