How to Make Herbal Tea at Home

Herbal teas can be a great way to unwind after a stressful day or to wake up in the morning. Depending on the ingredients used, herbal teas can provide a tasty beverage with aromatherapy properties as well. Making your own teas at home can be especially rewarding because you get to choose what goes into your perfect tea.   • Mint leaves (dried or fresh)
  • Lavender leaves (dried or fresh)
  • Tea ball
  • Tea cup
  • Honey

      Place both the mint and lavender leaves into the tea ball.

      Put the tea ball into the cup.

      Fill the cup with boiling water.

      Allow the tea to steep for five minutes.

      Remove the tea ball from cup.

      Sweeten to taste with honey.
