1
Attempt to get as high as you can by jumping repeatedly on the trampoline.
-
2
Line up the back flip by having your knees and arms slightly bent.
-
-
3
Start the back flip all in one motion by throwing your shoulders back and tucking your knees in while at the greatest height of your jump.
-
4
Rotate around for one complete turn until you are facing the same direction you started, and land on your feet.
-
5
Attempt to land on your knees if you feel you have not generated enough speed in your rotation. The most important thing is to get your head and neck through the rotation first so that if you are not able to complete the flip, you only land on your stomach or knees instead of your head.
