Practice making small bubble letter numbers to get the hang of it before you make big ones. Take a blank piece of paper and a pencil. You may want to write all the numbers properly so you have a guide for your drawing. This will help you when you want to manipulate angles for your bubble letters.

Draw a straight line for the number one. Next, add a small oval at the top and bottom of your line. Connect the ovals with another straight line to complete your bubble letter number one. Next draw a number two, but make it so it has rounded angles instead of sharp ones. Form an oval at beginning of the two. Connect the oval to a line that outlines the number leaving enough shape to make it appear like a bubble in from. Attach the line to the bottom end of the two after creating a curve. Draw a three. Add curved lines that curve to the back of the three on the top and bottom. Starting at the top curve, outline the three to from a bubble. You will have to draw the number four freehand in order to prevent the lines from intersecting in your bubble letter. Create a five with rounded corners. Make ovals on the top and bottom ends. Outline your five and connect the ovals with the line.

Make bubble letters for numbers six through ten. Two make a six, draw the number but leave a space where you would attach the lines. From the hanging line on the inside of the six, draw a line that outlines the inside of the six, going upwards. Draw a circle in the center of the bottom of the six. Form a rounded seven and add curved lines at the top and bottom. Outline the seven and use the line to attach the curves. For the number eight, draw a backwards three and forward three so they are facing each other and attach them at the top and the bottom. Draw a small circle in the top and bottom circle of the eight. Make a nine with a curve on the top and bottom lines, outline the nine and attach the curves with an additional line. Make a zero by making an oval circle and then outlining it with another line.
