Things You'll Need:
- MS Word 2003 or 2007
-
Step 1
Place your cursor after the last line of text you want to appear on the page.
-
Step 2
Go to the "Insert" menu. In Word 2003 click "Break" and then "Page Break." In Word 2007 just click "Page Break."
-
Step 3
Begin typing text on the new page that appears. Repeat the steps to insert new pages.
-
Step 4
Remove an extra page break by backspacing from the insertion point on the new page. The new page will disappear and your cursor will appear after the final line of text on the prior page. If there is already text on the new page, it will now appear after the last line of text on the prior page.
