A pressure flip is an advanced skateboarding trick that is extremely difficult to master. Very similar to the way an inward heel flip would, a pressure flip makes the board spin left over right 360 degrees while the board simultaneously flips end over end 180 degrees.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Skateboard
  1. Step 1

Build up enough speed to easily clear whatever you will be performing this trick over. Try practicing this trick on the ground before attempting to do it off a staircase or over an obstruction.

  2. Step 2

Position your back foot at the extreme back right edge of the board while your front foot is resting at the middle left of the board.

  3. Step 3

Slam down all of your weight on the back of the board while simultaneously lifting up your front foot off of the board.

  4. Step 4

Allow the board enough room to rotate its complete rotation underneath you by lifting your knees to your chest.

  5. Step 5

Land cleanly back on the board after it has made a complete rotation, left over right, and a half rotation end over end.
