How to Lose Weight in Your Cheeks
The cheeks always seem to get a lot of attention. When you are little, they are always getting pinched by your elders. When you get older, people always use them as a reference to health. But one other thing they are used as a reference for is a gauge for weight loss. If you are looking to lose some weight in your cheeks, you need to take an approach that focuses on weight training, some dietary adjustments and some key cheek exercises.

Drink your water. Water plays a few different roles in the body. It keeps you hydrated, it lubricates your joints, it helps flush your system of impurities and it also helps metabolize by-products of fat. According to the Institute of Medicine, men should get 3.7 liters a day and women should get 2.7 liters a day.

Do some cardio. To lose some overall weight do some type of cardiovascular exercise. This can be running, biking, swimming, elliptical, stair climbing or anything that gets your heart rate up.

Do weight training. Building muscle will help increase your metabolism. Focus weight training on targeting all of the major muscle groups. This would be the chest, shoulders, back, triceps, biceps and legs.

Smile. Now it's time to actually work the cheeks. Close your lips, make a big smile and then pucker your lips straight out in front of your face. Go back and forth for at least 10 reps at a time.

Get some air. Close your lips. Breath through your nose and force a pocket of air under your upper lip. Hold for a minimum of ten seconds. Now do the same thing to the left cheek and the right cheek.

Suck your cheeks in. Close your lips. Open your jaw and suck your cheeks in. Hold them for at least 10 seconds then release. Do sets of ten.
Tips & Warnings
When you draw your cheeks in, don't do it so hard that you cut them on your teeth.
