How to Make Rhinestone T-Shirts at Home

Flashy, detailed t-shirts can be extremely costly when purchased at retail, so make rhinestone t-shirts at home and look like you stepped out of magazine every time you put one on. When you make your own t-shirt you can personalize and design it however you like. Write your favorite saying or make your own design and place it wherever you want on the shirt. Learn how to make rhinestone t-shirts at home using the steps below.

Things You'll Need

• T-Shirt
• Thin fabric marker
• Rhinestones
• BeDazzler

Instructions

1. Lay the t-shirt flat on a table or other hard surface.

2. Draw a sketch design using the fabric marker. If you are unable to draw the design you want, use a template or stencil to complete the drawing.

3. Insert the rhinestones into the BeDazzler (see Resources below).

4. Place the designed area of the t-shirt under the BeDazzler and snap a rhinestone onto the design.

5. Repeat Step 3 until the entire design is covered with rhinestones.
