How to Create Party Flyers With Pictures
Planning out all the details is only half of the challenge of throwing a successful party. Having a big turnout means advertising your party in an effective way. Instead of spending a long time calling guests to invite them, make a party flyer to disseminate in high traffic areas. You can get as creative as you want when putting together your flyer, using a combination of picture and text to grab people's attention.

1
Choose the graphics and/or photographs you wish to put on your flyer.
-
2
Scan them if they are not already stored on your computer. Copy and paste them onto a new document in a word processing program.
-
-
3
Position the pictures where you would like them to be, keeping in mind how much blank space you will leave for text, and where you will position it.
-
4
Save the word document once you have finished arranging the graphics. Print it out.
-
5
Write the text you wish to include, such as the date, time and location of the party, in the blank spaces using a pencil.
-
6
Proofread what you have written. Trace over the text with a thick, black marker once you are sure that there are no errors.
-
7
Place the flyer into a photocopier and indicate the amount of copies you want to be printed.
-
8
Hand out the flyer or post it around your school or office.

Tips & Warnings
The most successful flyers are usually printed on bright sheets of paper that stand out. Load the photocopier with attention-grabbing neon colored paper before you begin printing.
Consider the information you've provided on your flyer, for example your phone number, before distributing it to people you don't know.
