Visit the Sears credit card website to access your Sears account. Don't be alarmed when you are redirected to a CitiBank site; Sears uses CitiBank as its service provider.

Click on "Register" to set up up your online account access. Enter your 16-digit Sears card number, your full name and your billing address. Create a user name and password.

Click on "Make Payment" at the top part of your account page. Enter your payment information. You must have a valid checking or savings account to make online payments. Find your bank routing number and checking account number.

Enter your payment amount and submit your payment. Wait for the confirmation page and print or record the confirmation number.

You can also use your online account to access previous billing statements, view recent account activity and contact customer service.
