Step 1
Register with Citibank for online account access by visiting the link provided under Resources.

Enter your Sears credit card information in the spaces provided, including your credit card account number, three-digit security code, Social Security number, email address and billing zip code. Click "Continue."

Follow the prompts and enter the required information on each page, hitting "Continue" after you finish. Be prepared to enter your mailing address, billing addresses and phone number.

Enter your checking account number and bank routing number in the spaces provided to set up online payments. These numbers are found on the bottom left-hand corner of your checks.

Create a username and password when prompted. Make your password something easy for you to remember but difficult for another person to guess--include a combination of letters, numbers and symbols. Click "Finish" and your online account access will be activated.

Visit the Citibank website designed for Sears customers to make a payment online; the link is provided under Resources. Enter your username and password in the spaces provided and click "Sign On."

Select the "Make a Payment" button on the top of the navigation bar. Your current balance and monthly minimum payment will be displayed. Enter the amount you wish to pay and select your checking account from the drop-down menu. Enter the date you wish the payment to be processed and click "Continue."

Review the information on the payment summary screen and ensure it is accurate. If so, click "Make a Payment" and your Sears credit card payment will be scheduled. The payment will be automatically deducted from your checking account and you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your transaction.
