To become a broker agent for real estate, attend an online or local course and obtain your license. You may opt to work for a real estate office or immediately set up your own office. Training courses are available online and as a study at home program to become a broker agent. The prerequisite to becoming a real estate broker agent is to be a licensed real estate agent first. This may vary from state to state. Becoming involved with the local real estate organizations can help with your continued education and networking with other agents.
