- eyelash curler, good volumizing or lengthening mascara,business card.

Step 1
First, the most important step is to properly curl your lashes. Do this by gently warming your eyelash curler with a blow dryer, on warm heat. Be careful, as it gets hot rather quickly. Next, grasp your eyelashes with the curler, starting at the base, squeeze the curler and hold five seconds, then do the mid part of your lashes, again holding pressure on the curler for five seconds. Last, make sure to get the tips of your lashes in there, and as before, hold that curler for a minimum of five seconds.

Step 2
This step is basically the formula for great lashes and often one of the biggest mistakes women make. People are always commenting on my lashes and the fact is, I wasn't born with them, I create the using this step in my makeup routine. When applying your mascara give the wand a couple of pumps into the tube. Wipe off any excess on the end of the wand, by gently touching it to the tip of the opening of the tube. Then, the most important part ....PUT IT ON SLOWLY!. Make an effort to gently comb through each lash thoroughly for a few strokes. This helps you to coat all of your lashes , even the small ones that may often get missed when applying too quickly. Trust me, going slowly makes a HUGE difference.

Step 3
I bet you're wondering why you needed a business card to apply mascara. This is so you can evenly coat those tiny bottom lashes without having mascara all over your lower eyelid. It's simple, just place the smaller end of a business card underneath your bottom lashes, making sure your lashes are not behind the business card. Then, gently comb through with the mascara wand, and watch your bottom lashes suddenly reveal themselves. People will wonder what your secret is. You will have beautiful long lashes, no mess, no extensions, no problem!
