If you have ever wanted to join the world of blogging and just never thought that you had the time or the money to get into, guess again. There is a myth that blogging is hard to do and you need to put money into it right away to be able to create a blog. This is untrue. With the growing desire for everyone to share what they know on the Internet, there are more ways then ever to create a blog for free. Some of the sites are even simple enough for non computer savvy person to understand. So get set to create a free blog in a matter of minutes with no need for any knowledge of coding required.

Step 1

Go to Blogger.com to register for a free account. Blogger is one of the most popular free blog platforms that is out there. Blogger is part of the google family and if you already have a google email it will be even easier to get started with the process to create a free blog.
Step 2

After you have set up your Blogger account by following the prompts, click on the link that says create a blog. This is the starting point to being able to create a free blog. You should already have an idea about what you want to blog about and several choices for your blogs name before you start this process. You will need these pieces of information later in this process.
Step 3

Enter a blog title to create a free blog at blogger. Your blog title will be written at the top of your page. This title of your blog does not have to be unique to you if you do not want it to be. However, if you want your blog title to be used in the address of your free blog, a little creativity may be needed to be sure that it hasn't already been used.
Step 4

Choose a unique title to place in the web site address of your free blog. If you have a unique title, you may be able to use it. You can press the button, check for availability, as many times as you need to until you find an address that has not been used so that you can create a free blog. You will then need to enter the word verification and click on continue to move to the next step.
Step 5

Click on one of the many templates for your free blog. A template is the design into which your blog will be loaded. You can change the template of your blog at anytime after you have created it.
