Wash windows and not get streaks!

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • automobile washer fluid, squeegie, baby diaper or surgical cloths.
  1. Step 1

I discovered that if you use automobile washer fluid to clean your windows you dont get streaks. So I save my windex for things inside the house. Put the fluid in a spray bottle and depending on the size of the window you clean them with different technics.

  2. Step 2

If you are outside use a bucket and a sponge. Fill the bucket with the fluid and sponge it on the window. Squeegie it off and wipe with either a diaper or surgical cloth. They dont leave any lint.

  3. Step 3

If you are doing inside windows use the spray bottle then squeegie and wipe. Alot of the homes where I live have vaulted ceilings and lots of high windows. Short of using a scaffold you can use a telescoping pole like the painters use. One to wet and one to dry. Just do your best those are difficult to do.

Tips & Warnings
  • Also if you live in the cold country like I do Windex freezes on the window as soon as you spray it on. The washer fluid does not freeze.
