Wash your hair once or twice a week with plain white vinegar to get rid of dandruffs. Buy any brand of vinegar for about $2.00 a gallon to use as an anti dandruff treatment. First, wash your hair with shampoo; apply the vinegar next and finish with a second shampoo wash. Next, use your regular hair conditioner. The scalp and hair will feel clean and comfortable after the vinegar application.

Apply lemon juice to the scalp to get rid of dandruff and itchy scalp. Buy real lemons in the supermarket or buy a bottle of plain lemon juice, any brand. This will cost about $2.50. Use a cotton pad to apply lemon juice drops in the entire scalp. Avoid using too much juice. Wash your hair with shampoo and apply the usual conditioner.

Buy an anti dandruff shampoo to wash hair and get rid of dandruffs. Instead of using a regular shampoo, use an anti dandruff one with the vinegar or the lemon treatments above.
