Trim your hedges and don't forget to clean your gutters. If you really want to get festive, plant some flowers or start a garden.

  2. Step 2

Now move on to the garage. Throw away everything you don't need and organize the things you need. Hang up your tools. Push your lawnmower over to the side. Pile up your bags of mulch and bags of soil to get them out of the way. Blow out your garage then pour down some bleach. Use a large push broom clean the floor. Again, be festive and paint your floor and fun color.

  3. Step 3

The iniside of your house can be a real task. Throw out everything you don't need. Bag up old clothes and get them ready for area shelters or your local Goodwill Center. Get a bucket and fill it with bleach. Wipe down counters, cabinets, and window sills. Next tackle the floors. If you have carpet get it cleaned. If you have hardwoods or tile.. clean clean clean!!
