Instructions

The very first part of having super soft skin is to take care of your skin. Washing your skin is one of the most basic steps to good skin care. How you wash your skin will determine how soft your skin will become. Use a moisturizing soap in order to add moisture instead of losing it. Some brands are Dove, Bath and Body Works, and Avon Skin so Soft.

While you wash your skin, at least once a week, exfoliate your skin as well. You can use a loofah sponge, microfiber cloth, micro-bead scrubs, or other various products on the market. Make sure that which ever product you use that it doesn't dry out your skin and it isn't too abrasive. This step should help to make your skin super soft.

Stay out of the sun. If you just can't do that, ensure you wear a sunscreen whenever you will be exposed to the sun. There are various sunscreens available on the market, i.e. Banana Boat, Mary Kay, and Avon are a few. You should make sure you use a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 15 but 30 would be better. Clothing can also protect you from the sun's rays.

Drink lots of fluids. Water is a great natural beverage and replaces the normal fluid content of your body. If you are dehydrated, you will notice it in your skin. So, drink it up!

Lastly, moisturize your skin. This last step is very important. Which brand of lotion you use will depend on many factors, including your skin type and reaction to the moisturizer. Some of my favorite brands are Eucerin, Bath and Body Works, and Avon Skin so Soft.

Tips & Warnings

  • Try lotions or moisturizers before you buy them.

  • Exfoliate only once a week or less if your skin has trouble with it.
