How to Find Seized Property Auctions
Law enforcement agencies are conducting raids and criminal surveillance actives daily to try and put an end to drug wars. It has become necessary for these government agencies to conduct auctions to unload the billions of dollars in confiscated property that is obtained in all parts of the United States.
These government auctions are free and open to the public. By participating in these auctions you are able to find incredible deals on personal property and real estate. You can also bid knowing that the money you are spending will go directly back into the agencies that are fighting each day to stop this war.

SEARCH
Most sites offer search by keyword or zip codes. I would suggest that you search by zip code. The items that you will be bidding on will have to be picked up, so you need to only bid on items that are within traveling distance.
After entering your zip code, you can browse through the different sellers, which are usually county police departments. GovDeals.com provides the distance from your zip code, the address of the seller and the number of seized items at that location. You may also narrow your search by category.

CHECK IT OUT
It is strongly encouraged, although not required, that you go to the address of the item you are interested in and inspect it before you bid. Each agency has its own auction rules, but none offer refunds. If you bid and win you are responsible for purchasing and picking up the item.

BID
Did you take a look at your item? Ready to bid? It is necessary to register with GovDeals.com, and the registration process is completely free. After you register you can place a bid on your item. Once the auction ends you will receive a Buyer's Certificate notifying you of your winning bid. From here you have several payment method options. Pay for your item and arrange pickup.
