Thread the jewelry clasp onto the end of the clear elastic. Fold the end of the elastic over so it forms a small loop with the jewelry clasp in the middle of the loop. Thread the crimp bead onto the other end of the stretch elastic and move it up so it covers the end of the loop. Squeeze the crimp bead shut with the pliers so it holds the loop and jewelry clasp securely in place.
