Add a Signature to the Bottom of your Gmail

It is nice to be able to add a signature to the bottom of your emails that can let people know more about you. This signature can be a famous quote or a notice that you will be out of town in the future or a link to your blog. Regardless, when it is enabled every person you email will see the signature at the bottom.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A Gmail account
  • Fingers
  • Keyboard
  1. Step 1

Log into your gmail account. Go to the Settings Tab in the upper right hand corner of your gmail account.

  2. Step 2

It will automatically default to GENERAL (which will be on the far left.) This is good. Scroll halfway down the page and you will see Signature on the left side.

  3. Step 3

You will notice that it defaults to no signature. You need to move the radio button to signature.

  4. Step 4

Write your fabulous signature in there: "Find my amazing eHow articles here" and press Save Changes toward the bottom of the screen.
