Combine a cup of green tea, 1/3 cup of aloe vera juice or gel, and a few drops of lavender essential oil in a spray bottle. Spray the mixture over your sunburned skin to help it heal. This mixture should be refrigerated. Throw away any unused spray after a week.

Witch hazel is a good natural sunburn treatment. You can soak a cotton ball with witch hazel and wipe it on your skin. You could also make an oil for your skin by combining a tablespoon of witch hazel and a tablespoon of olive oil and rub it on your skin.
