As everyone know twitter is a easy to access site to promote yourself with anything. No matter what you are looking for as well as what your intentions are, you need to understand that self promotion is necessary to get the word out about you. To get started, here are the steps for a successful promotion on twitter.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • twitter account
  1. Step 1

Before you can do any self promotion on twitter, you need to have an account at twitter. If you already have one, add some people to your following list if you have none. But if you have some already, think of other places online of people that you know to follow if you didnt.

  2. Step 2

Then get started on stating what you wanted to say with at least 160 words on there under What are you doing if you click on home. For example, you are looking for work at home as a customer service rep. State that on there and if possible, leave your contact infos for people to reach you.

  3. Step 3

Stick up your twitter at places such as at facebook, myspace, your blog, etc and even at someone else's guestbook to leave it at.
If others see your self promotion on twitter, then you have a good chance for someone to contact you. The more you do it, the better since your goal is to get free publicity as much as you can.

  4. Step 4

If your friends have twitter, ask others to help you in the process on their twitter. If they do not have one, help them with the process and hopefully you would be able to help each other for self promotion on twitter.
