How to Make Macaroni and Cheese in a Crock Pot
* 8 ounces Elbow Macaroni
* 4 cups shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese (divided)
* 1 can Evaporated Milk (12 ounce)
* 1 1/2 cups Milk
* 2 eggs
* 1 teaspoon Salt
* 1/2 teaspoon Pepper -
Step 3
Cook macaroni according to directions and drain. Spray crock pot with nonstick cooking spray (like PAM). Mix all the remaining ingredients, reserving 1 cup of cheddar, in a large bowl and pour over macaroni. Stir the mixture and combine well. Sprinkle top with reserved 1 cup of cheddar. Cover and cook on low 5 - 6 hours. The edges will be golden and the macaroni and cheese should be firm.
