This article will show you basic steps on how to write a resume that employers are looking for.

  1. Step 1

    A resume is a document which describes individual’s experience, which in returns allows future employer to make prediction of your ability to accomplish a job task. For this reason alone, when making a resume you should be very careful in presenting yourself best light as possible.

  2. Step 2

    1) Write your name on top and then write your address, email address and your phone number.

  3. Step 3

    2) Write your educational background; remember to make sure you write from what yeah you started to what year you finished. (If you are in the middle of going through in school, you can write “present”

  4. Step 4

    3) Write as much work experience as possible, starting from the most=2 0recent work you have done.

  5. Step 5

    4) Write computer skill if relevant to the job you are applying for.

  6. Step 6

    5) Write professional associations you are a member of. (This shows that you keep up with the literature of the profession)

  7. Step 7

    6) Write languages that you speak other then English. (This can single handily get you a job, even if you are not qualified for the job)

  8. Step 8

    7) And finally, state that reference are available on request.
