  1. Step 1

    First of all, you need to get it out of your head that it's impossible to be 'that skinny girl'. Anyone can look any way they want, you just have to do it. You are the miracle, so let yourself happen. Aspartame is the little devil in all sugar free food and drinks, and in the long run can actually cause you to crave bad foods. Just look up "Aspartame" on the internet, and you'll read why you shouldn't eat or drink it. "DIET" isn't always better.

  2. Step 2

    Sugar, is liquid satan but diet products are worse. If you can stay away from all sugar and diet products, that would be good. If that sounds impossible, don't worry we will still make sure you lose your weight.   3. Step 3

    Weigh yourself. Do it! It sucks, but get it over with. Once a week at the same time as soon as you get out of bed in the morning. Just get on the thing, and write down what it says. Go get a digital scale, don't fuss with those ancient scales, they are always wrong. Keeping track of your weight will help you stay on track.

  4. Step 4

    Now, what to eat. How much you eat is all depending on your age, gender, height and goal weight. Go to www.Ediets.com and learn how many calories you should eat per day. I am 23, 5 foot and 125 pounds. So I would eat around 1,100 calories per day to lose and 1,500 to maintain.

    Stick to small meals, don't let yourself starve! For heaven's sake, just snack on healthy things. You can find "SmartOnes" and "HealthyChoice" meals with the calories already added up for you. There are a couple quick fixes. If you get hungry a lot, go to a diet doctor and they can prescribe you Phentermine. It's not dangerous and it's been on the market through doctors for over 30 years. Drink lots of water if you decide to take an appetite suppressant. If you start to feel abnormal, contact your physician.

    Ediets.com are helpful, if you're interested in online dieting programs. If you are interested in something a little more step by step, Jenny Craig is great and so is Weight Watchers. Nuitra System's food tastes like crusty poop. Don't even bother. It's all about what you put in your mouth. Keep a log of what you eat.

  5. Step 5

    Exercise! Yep, get off your fat butt and move. I don't care if you're just walking. Do it! Stop being lazy, stop saying you don't have time. If you don't have time to move around and keep your body in some kind of healthy shape, you need to get a real life. We all make excuses, just get it over with. Even if it's waking up 20 min earlier to do a home workout video. BeachBody.com has fantastic deals on videos. It's not rocket science, just get moving. It doesn't matter how you do it, just move.
