Things You'll Need:
- 6 chicken breasts
- 3 tb soy sauce
- 4 tb vegetable oil
- 4 tb honey
- 5-6 limes
- Salt
- 3/4 ts cayenne pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 mangoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 cucumber
- 2 bell peppers

Step 1
Mix together the soy sauce, vegetable oil, honey, and cayenne pepper with 1 1/2 ts of salt and 4 tb of lime juice.

Step 2
Tenderize the breasts of chicken then place them in a large dish with the marinade. Marinate for a few hours.

Dice two mangoes, half of the red onion, half of the cucumber, and two bell peppers. Add in the juice of two limes and 1/2 ts of salt. Set in the fridge to cool.

Step 4
Saute the chicken breasts until done. A little bit of crisp on the outside is just fine.

Step 5
Prepare a little dressing if you like. Wisk together two egg yolks with 1 1/2 tb of lime juice and 1/2 ts of salt.

Plate your chicken, cover with salsa, and drizzle on the dressing. Bon Appetit!
