How to Use Vinegar to Clean Your Home

For this reason, many people are turning to natural cleaning products such as vinegar to tackle those tough cleaning jobs around the house. Learn to use vinegar to get your home sparkling clean with these easy steps.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Use a spray bottle to mix half vinegar and half water. This mixture can be used to clean windows, mirrors, countertops and toilet surfaces.

  2. Step 2

    Pour a cup of vinegar in the toilet and sprinkle a little baking soda in the toilet as well. Use a toilet brush to scrub the inside of the toilet bowl. You can also use vinegar and baking soda to clean the tub and scrub the inside of the sink surface.

  3. Step 3

    Add one cup of vinegar to a load of laundry to whiten whites and remove stains from clothes.

  4. Step 4

    Add a half cup of vinegar to a gallon of water to mop tile floors.
