It is official! Spring has arrived. With Spring, comes windy and/or rainy weather, sunshine, longer days, and Spring Fashions. So, grab your coffee mug, relax in your chair, couch or bed, and enjoy the following Spring Fashion tips.

1. Emphasize Color.
   For starters, color is the main emphasis for Spring 2009, whether dressing in monochromatic nude and beige shades, or dressing in bold and bright monochromatic colors. Bright colors in accessories are also popular as well as the natural wheat color of braided accessories.

2. Emphasize your eyes and lips.
   In makeup, the main emphasis is on lips and eyes. Whether wearing natural and light color lips in pink with dark eye makeup in blue eyeshadow with black eyeliner outlining the eyes, or dark red lips in berry to wine shades with natural brown eyeshadow, pick your perfect facial feature and bring it out, while your less attractive feature is muted. It is all about creating a balance between your eyes and lips, while keeping your cheeks a natural and peachy tone. White nail polish looks great with this Spring makeup.

3. Dress feminine and romantic.
   Since Spring is all about romance. Ruffles, drapery, tiers and floral will always be popular this season, whether on clothes or accessories. Lace is popular, and so are dresses in a-line flare.
