Step 1
Act immediately. Most people who will attack you from the front are bullies. They believe they have the advantage, so they brazenly attack you without hiding their intent. Use this against them. They will not expect you to strike their pressure points. However, you must do this the moment they attack. If you wait they can disable you before you get your chance.
-
Step 2
Jab two fingers into the pressure in the attacker's neck. Press the point between their collar bones and just below their Adam's apple. This causes extreme pain and cuts off their air supply. It will immediately force the attack to stop coming forward.
-
Step 3
Kick the attacker in the groin. This is the best known pressure point and also among the most effective. The problem striking the groin is that most attackers are aware of this vulnerability and guard against it. However, since they are distracted by the strike to their neck, they open themselves up to the groin kick.
-
Step 4
Clap both hands on the attacker's ears. This is a great follow up to the groin kick. The attack will be bent over in pain and will drop his hands to protect his manhood. Slap both of the attacker's ears simultaneously as if you are clapping. Try this on yourself and you will see how disorienting this is. Do it hard.
-
Step 5
Jab the eyes. By now the attacker is moving backwards and is confused by your high then low then high level attacks. You now need to open up some space between you and the attacker so you can get away. Jab your fingers into the attacker's eyes. This will end the attack for good and allow you to run away.

on 3/24/2009 Little known fact that the ear boxing (described in Step 3) caused famous inventor Thomas Edison to lose the hearing in his left ear when he was only 14.
