Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Your computer
  • Your mouse
  • About 30 seconds of your time
  1. Step 1

Generally, if a web page requires ActiveX to properly display, you will see a yellow warning bar across the top of you screen shortly after the web page begins loading. Many flash games also require ActiveX Control to properly run on your computer. Sometimes the warning bar can be easy to miss, but it will be about 1/4" tall just below your browsing tabs.

  2. Step 2

Right click on the yellow bar and select "Install ActiveX controls." If you do not feel safe about it, you can also selece "What is the risk" to get more information.

  3. Step 3

You will probably see a popup box asking to "Run" or "Install" ActiveX. Select the affirmative.

  4. Step 4

At this point your web page should run correctly, if not, simply click the refresh button to reload the page.
