Most sliding glass doors are different and the adjustment differ a little but for the most part they all work the same. First look on the top and bottom of the sliding doors for the adjustments screws to adjust them down to remove the sliding glass doors.

Look around the inside of the sliding door frame to see if you can find the screws holding the frame in, if not then the door has a nailing strip around the outside of the door under your siding or trim or etc, that will have to be removed before the sliding door frame will come out

Re-installing the new sliding glass door, if only one side slides the door should hold itself square and to install simply set it in place then screw it in. If both sides slide you should center the bottom then level one side off and screw it in place. After the frame is in set the sliding doors in one at a time placing the level on it and adjusting them into being level. Shut the doors to check to see if any small adjustments are needed to get it tight where the door touches the frame.
