Things You'll Need:
- 5 Tbs Butter Divided
- 1 Cup Chopped Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 (14.5oz) can Diced Plum Tomatoes, un drained
- 2 (4oz) cans of Mushrooms Sliced and drained
- 1/2 Tsp Dried Taragon
- 1/2 Tsp Dried Bazel
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Sugar
- 2 1/2 Diced cooked Chicken
- 3 Tbs Flour
- 2 Cups half and half
- 1/2 Cup Dry White Wine
- 3 Cups (12oz) Shredded Swiss or Mozzarella

Step 1
Heat oven to 350o, Grease 13x9- inch pan, Melt 2Tbs Butter in a large skillet over med heat, Add Chopped onions & Garlic; Cook 3-5 Minutes or until onions are transparent, add tomatoes, mushrooms, taragon, basil, sugar & 1/4 tsp of salt simmer 4-6 min until sauce thickens, stir in chicken

melt remaining 3 Tbs butter over medium heat stir in flour & remaining 1tsp salt cook 2 minutes stir in half & half cook Stirring constantly 5-6 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in wine; Bring to a boil Remove from heat.

Step 3
Boil you're lasagna noodles as per pkg instructions.

Step 4
Spoon one third of the tomato sauce into the bottom of the pan cover with 1/3rd of the white sauce top with 1 cup of cheese cover with 1/2 of the lasagna noodles repeat. Top with final 1/3 of the red sauce & white sauce & remaining cheese Sprinkle with Parmesan

Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until heated through & light golden brown. Let stand 15 minutes.
