Seek out several different companies that make clothing labels. There are several different types of labels that you can create. For example, there are leather, rubber, and fabric labels available on the market today.
Most of these companies will have an online catalog or request for one to be mailed. Almost every catalog you receive will come with sample clothing labels.

Determine the size and type of label best suited for your clothing. You don't want your clothing label to be overbearing, but noticeable. And, the larger the label the higher the cost from the manufacturer.

Tips & Warnings
Choose a graphic and initials for your label design.
Create several different labels on your computer and ask others for their opinions to help you decide.
Look for a fresh concept or attractive design. It's not your label that will sell your product, but your product that will attract others to your label.
