How to Burn Fat and Build Muscle Without Going to The Gym

Lots of us out there would love to shed a few pounds and even pack on some muscle too, but gym memberships are so expensive and time consuming. What if there were a way to build muscle and burn fat with having to go to the gym? Well there is!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Your own body weight
  • Space to move around comfortably
  1. Step 1

    Once you have found the time and the right area to start, begin the routine with 30 push ups followed by 30 full squats with your hands behind your head.

  2. Step 2

    Next stand with your feet about shoulder width apart and squat down and leap into the air as high as you can 10 times. After that step forward with your hands on your hips and make your the thigh of your stepping foot parallel to the ground 30 times, also known as 30 lunges.

  3. Step 3

    All sound a little too easy. Well try that entire circuit without taking a break in between exercises and give yourself a 60 second break after the lunges then start again.

Tips & Warnings
  • If the workout seems too easy increase the number of repetitions for each exercise.
  • To get a good ab workout pull your stomach in while doing the routine.
  • Only do this workout three times a week to allow your muscles time to recover.
