How to Repair a Leaks in Your Roof

How to Repair a Leaks in Your Roof thumbnail
Faulty shingles may cause your roof to leak.

After a heavy rain, you may be surprised to find leaks appearing along the roof. Broken or loose shingles along valleys and near the chimney may let water through. Even a small leak can be dangerous if left too long. Water entering the roof and dampening the wood can lead to structural damage that can cause the roof to cave in. If a leak is major or you see evidence of several leaks along the entire roof area, have the roof structure checked by a professional. Does this Spark an idea?
