I love making cocktails, I know how to make alot of different drinks and I want to be able to share what I know... well let me get on with it....

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • I will list all that is needed as I go along....
  1. Step 1
    Waz Up !!!!!!!!!!
    Waz Up !!!!!!!!!!

    (San Joaquin Punch) 1tbsp rasins, or choped prunes, 6tbsp brandy, 1cup sparkling white wine, or champagne, 1cup white cranberry, grape juice, and ice.Step1 Mix the dried fruit and the brandy in a small bowl and leave to soak for 1-2 hours.Step2 In a jug mix the sparkling wine, juice and brandy-soaked fruit.Step3 pour into ice-filled glasses. It (serves:4)

  2. Step 2

    (The Footman) 1/2measure gin, 1measure orange juice, 1slice peach, 1ice cube champagne (chilled), 1slice of peach to finish. Step1 Whizz all xecept the champagne in a blender until smooth, about 10 seconds.Step2 Pour into a flute and top up with champagne when ready. Step3 Finish with a slice of peach.(serves:1)

  3. Step 3

    (San Remo) 1/2measure grapefruit juice, 1/4 measure Triple Sec, 1/4 measure mandarin liqueur, ice, champagne, slices of citrus fuit (frozen). Step1 Mix the first three ingredients with ice in a tall glass. Step2 Top up with champagne and dress with fruit. (serves:1)

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't drink then drive....
  • Don't let the kids get a hold of these....
