Lost Cell Phone

Many people lose their cell phones every day. You might find a cell phone at a restaurant, bar, club or any other public place that you go to. Here are some tips on how to return a lost cell phone.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

If you find a cell phone in a local place, talk to the owners of the establishment and see if you can leave the phone with them. Most of the time when people lose cell phones at local places, they will come back and see if it is still there. Make sure that you speak with a manager or supervisor so that the cell phone will get returned if someone comes to claim it.

  2. Step 2

If you find the cell phone somewhere else or you are not able to leave it with a manager at a public place, start going through the phone. Try to see who has been called recently and call that person. This person is most likely friends with the person who lost their cell phone and might be able to help you get in touch with them to return the phone.

  3. Step 3

If all else fails, look for Mom or Dad in the phone. Call the parents of the lost cell phone's owner. This is a great way to get in touch with someone that will most likely be able to get in contact with the phone's owner.

  4. Step 4

Once you get in contact with the phone's owner, meet up with them somewhere to return it. Meet the person somewhere public or even in the same place that they lost their cell phone so that you are sure they will be able to find the place that you are meeting them. Return the cell phone and you will make that person's day a little better.
