Step 1
Start out by making sure that you get enough sleep the night before. Try not to eat or drink any caffinated beverages after 7pm. Figure out what time you will need to wake up in the morning and make sure that you are going to sleep at a reasonable time. Try to get at least 6 hours of sleep.

Set alarm clocks. Most cell phones allow you to set multiple alarm clocks. Set all of these alarms for different times so that your body will slowly wake up in the morning. Have a regular alarm clock go off at the time that you will need to wake up. Put the alarm clock somewhere out of reach from your bed so that you cannot turn it off without getting up.

Step 3
When you wake up in the morning, immediately get up. Turn on some lights, drink some coffee, etc. Teach your body to get up as soon as you wake up so that you will not fall back asleep. Waking up late can cause many problems in your life, you do not want to be late for work, school or anything else in your life.
