How to Make Flubber with Borax

Flubber is, however, a magical substance made with borax that will entertain children for hours with its slimy texture that feels great on the hands. As a family project, making Flubber is quick and easy, using just a few household supplies, and is sure to invoke laughter from even the most solemn child.
