Instructions

  1. Make a Shoebox Halfpipe

    • 1

Locate a shoebox to use for the homemade halfpipe. The wider the box is, the better halfpipe it will make.

    • 2

Use the scissors to cut the bottom of the box, lengthwise. This will eventually be the halfpipe's surface, so you want to keep it perfectly intact. Only cut down the long side borders of the bottom of the box.

    • 3

Crease the short side border of the bottom of the box that was not cut in Step 2. You want a slope on each end of the box with the middle being flat. Place something heavy like a paperweight in the middle to allow the cardboard to start to slope inward.

    • 4

Cut a small triangle at each corner, down the side panels of the box at a 45-degree angle. This will act as the halfpipe's supports.

    • 5

Use paint or markers and add your own designed logos to accent your new halfpipe.
