Make a skin rejuvenating facial mask. The cucumber enzymes in this mask will help to renew skin cells and smooth out wrinkles. You will need half of a peeled cucumber, one egg white, half a teaspoon of lemon juice, half a teaspoon of lime juice, half a teaspoon of apple mint leaves and one drop of lime essential oil. Place all ingredients in a food processor, and blend well, but save the essential oil for later. Once the mixture is smooth, add the essential oil and refrigerate in a plastic container for about 10 minutes. To use, apply the mask to your face and leave on for about 20 minutes, then rinse off. These natural ingredients are extremely perishable so make sure you use this mask within one or two days.

Make an anti-aging moisturizer. You will need one tablespoon of honey, one egg yolk, half a teaspoon of jojoba oil, half a teaspoon of whipping cream, and one teaspoon of rose hydrosol (also called rose water). Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, and blend well until you have a smooth consistency. Apply to your face daily for about 20 minutes, then rinse off with warm water. The honey, jojoba oil and rose water penetrate deep into skin cells to keep skin hydrated and youthful-looking.

Make a papaya and strawberry antioxidant mask. You will need half of a ripe papaya, four large strawberries, one teaspoon honey, one teaspoon lemon juice and one tablespoon oats. Cut the papaya and strawberries into small pieces, or cubes, and then process in a food grinder. Remove from grinder and set aside. Process the oats in a food grinder until smooth, then set aside as well. Warm the honey slightly in a microwave-safe bowl. Combine all prepared ingredients and blend well. Apply all over face and neck for about 15 minutes, then rinse off with warm water. The enzymes in the papaya and strawberry contain powerful antioxidants that destroy cell-damaging free radicals that cause skin aging.

Make a smoothing and deeply moisturizing body cream. You will need sixty grams of distilled water, eight grams of macadamia oil, eight grams of sweet almond oil, ten grams of virgin coconut oil, five grams of shea butter, eleven grams of emulsifying wax, and two grams of stearic acid. Combine the wax, oils, stearic acid and shea butter into a glass jar, and place in warm water until the ingredients are well melted. Slightly heat the distilled water, then pour into the oil/wax mixture while stirring and beating simultaneously. Continue slowly adding the water and stirring the mixture until you have a nice creamy consistency. Apply all over your body, concentrating on rough spots to revitalize and renew skin cells to help combat aging.
