Glow Stick

Children love glow sticks. It is the first thing kids want to buy at a circus or carnival. The glow sticks are also favored by parents because they provide some light for children on a dark night. If a child is wearing a glow stick on Halloween than drivers have a better chance of spotting children on the street. You can make glow sticks at home.
